Lost a wheel on my single axle travel trailer last night after coming down from the sierras. Managed to drag the trailer sparks flying to an offramp in Vallejo. Thought I was gonna be stranded all night in a bad spot until Haziq from AT Towing showed up with a flatbed to help me out when no one else would come out so late at night. Haziq managed to safely load the busted up rig, using all means and techniques avaliable, WITHOUT causing any further damage to the trailer. After thoroughly securing the load to both our satisfaction, I followed him to my residence in novato, where he managed to unload the tireless trailer with precision. I never write reviews, but this guy went above and beyond to get the job done and bail me out of a dangerous situation under pressure. Way to get it done! ~ John D

I’ve used AT Towing countless times for towing bikes to and from my shop. Not a typical choice for towing motorcycles, when there are motorcycle specific towing companies out there. However, they are priced competitively, their response time is most immediate. And they are extremely helpful in working with insurance and payment processing. Towing a custom Motorcycle is usually not a job for a typical towing company. I’ve seen so many things go wrong with other companies. But Haziq and his father have put together a completely integrated system to properly load up and tie down a motorcycle in the most professional and secure manor. It’s the only way i feel secure handing off a customer motorcycle for transportation knowing it will be handled briefly, correctly and Professionally. AT is always our first choice ~ APEX C

I needed to be towed for over 150 miles and this company made it very easy to make that happen. I was stranded due to an accident and this company really saved my life to get back home. Haziq was our driver and I couldn’t have thanked him enough. I am very glad he was the one to take us home after having a very stressful day. We talked the whole way which made the drive go a lot faster. He was very caring making sure we were okay through out the whole drive. This was also around midnight so just the fact that this man Haziq accepted the job to take us home that was a 3 hour drive makes this a miracle and I am truly happy and very thankful. Most towing companies can tow cars. AT Towing towed my PLANE!!! That's it. That's the review. lol Seriously though, their team was professional, careful, and incredibly skilled. Seeing a plane loaded up and transported safely was something I never thought I'd witness. My jobsite in Martinez had a 7 ton office trailer that needed to be relocated to make room for newer office trailers to be delivered. The trailer was positioned in a manner that had many obstacles in the way that it would have been impossible to move by conventional means. My options were to demo the trailer in place or rent heavy equipment and try to move it ourselves. I did a searched online for any possible companies that could move a trailer and discovers AT Towing. I gave them a call and I told them my predicament. After sending some pictures they were able to come out next day and assess the area to come up with a plan. Once I confirmed a date, they sent out their crew with a recovery truck with rotating boom and was able to move the trailer without damaging the surrounding obstacles or the trailer. The crew was friendly and extremely professional. They got on-site and got right to business and had the trailer relocated in a few hours. I needed 2 tows a few days apart and rode with the driver each time. They were very kind and respectful; and good conversationalists. I needed copies of the invoices to get reimbursed by my insurance company. For some reason, receiving the invoices was a problem, but Zoey, who works in the office, continued to work with me through many calls and texts until resolved always courteous and patient. MR MATTHEW picked me and my elderly father up last Tuesday morning . We had pulled over to the side of the very dangerous I -80 headed onto Vallejo... After ubering to our destination and finishing our business I called AT TOWING to see if they could help and they were quick to find me a driver. That driver was Mathew. He picked me and my father up from a coffee shop and then we gave him directions to where the vehicle was which was across the free way where we were going and on the side of the highway . Mr Mathew was a joy to ride along . He had plenty of stories to tell and he was very informative about situations and safety hazards etc.. my dad was in the back watching the fifa world cup on his phone... I was stressed all morning long and the way he made the whole towing process seem.cool and chill really helped me stay sane... We dropped our car at my buddies car shop and I never really got to say a real thank you.. thank you sir .!! I am writing this on behalf of my 71 year old dad. He recently had a breakdown and called AAA. I am not quite sure what happened but AAA told him to call AT Towing. My dad is hard to please, super knit picky and a grump, that being said, he absolutely raved to me about a gentleman named Max. AT Towing will be my first call if anything goes wrong on the road from here on out. The driver Haziq was nice guy that got me out of a hard time on the road and even gave me a ride to my destination. No damage to the vehicle while loading it onto the truck, and the tilt bed helped so much since my car was lower to the floor then regular cars. ~ Daniel

Excellent company to use if you need a tow. I was waiting for Cupertino Towing, which I normally use through my AAA app for nearly 3 hours and just didn’t feel like they were ever gonna make it out.
